Terms of Service
By using flingster.app ("Flingster") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
1. Adults only
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) and legally allowed to access adult content where you are.
2. Adult content
Flingster is an adult service. Other users may show or describe sexually explicit material. You confirm you want to access such content. Explicit content may only be shared with someone who has clearly agreed to it.
3. The service
Flingster randomly connects you with other adults for one-to-one video, voice and text chat. Users are strangers; we don't verify their identity and aren't responsible for what they say or do.
4. Your conduct
You must follow our Community Guidelines. In particular you must not involve minors in any way, pressure anyone, record or share other users, ask for money, spam, use bots or fake streams, or break any law.
5. AI moderation and enforcement
We use an AI moderation system that can automatically blur video that breaks our rules and automatically remove users who behave inappropriately. We may end chats, suspend or permanently ban users, IP addresses or devices, with or without notice. You can request human review of an automated decision at [email protected]. We report illegal content to authorities where required.
6. Your content
You're responsible for what you show, say and send. You allow us to process it as needed to deliver and moderate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. No warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is". AI moderation reduces but cannot eliminate unwanted content. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for other users' behaviour.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use Flingster means you accept the latest version.
