Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Flingster ("we") processes when you use flingster.app, including how our AI moderation works. Flingster is for adults 18+ only.
1. Information we process
No account data. We don't ask for your name, email or phone number to chat.
Technical data. IP address, approximate country, device and browser type, and connection times, used to run the service, match users, prevent abuse and enforce bans.
Chat content. Video, audio and text travel between you and the other user.
2. AI moderation (automated processing)
To keep the platform safe, our AI moderation system automatically analyses video frames, and may analyse audio and text, during chats to detect content that breaks our Community Guidelines. Based on this analysis it can blur a user's video and automatically remove a user from the platform. These are automated decisions. When content is flagged or a user is removed or reported, we may keep related data (for example still frames, text excerpts, IP address and timestamps) so moderators can review it and handle appeals. Content that isn't flagged or reported is not stored after the chat ends. You can ask for human review of an automated decision by emailing [email protected].
3. Why we process data
To provide and secure the service, match users, enforce our rules, protect users, comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
4. Sharing
We don't sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site (hosting, networking, security, moderation technology) and with authorities when required by law or to protect someone's safety. Suspected child sexual abuse material is reported to the relevant authorities.
5. Retention
Connection logs are kept for a limited period for security and legal reasons. Data linked to flags, reports, bans or legal requests is kept as long as needed for those purposes.
6. Cookies and local storage
We use only what's needed for the site to work, such as remembering your 18+ confirmation. If we add analytics or advertising cookies, we'll ask for consent where required.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and KVKK) you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to processing, request human review of automated decisions, and complain to a data protection authority. Contact [email protected].
8. Age
Flingster is not for anyone under 18. If we learn a minor has used the service, we block access and delete their data unless we must keep it for legal or safety reasons.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
